NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY | No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. To enter without purchase, participants may submit a mail-in entry including full name, email, phone number, and mailing address to: PO BOX 5544, INGLEWOOD, CA 90303. Mail-in entries must be received by 4/30/2026 to be eligible.
ELIGIBILITY | Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
ENTRY METHOD | Participants may enter by purchasing a qualifying package or by using the free alternate method of entry described above. Limit [X] entries per person.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION | One (1) winner will receive a resort stay valued between $1,500 and $2,500 USD (“Prize”). The Prize includes accommodations only at a resort selected or coordinated by the Organizer.
The following are NOT included: Airfare or flights; Ground transportation; Meals, beverages, or room service; Resort fees, taxes, gratuities; Travel insurance; Personal expenses or incidentals; All unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
TRAVEL & BOOKING CONDITIONS | The Organizer will assist the winner with booking coordination; however, all travel arrangements remain the responsibility of the winner. The winner must travel within a specified timeframe and is subject to availability, blackout dates, and resort-specific restrictions.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES | The winner agrees to: Cover all expenses not explicitly included in the Prize | Comply with all resort policies and terms | Execute a mandatory liability waiver and release agreement prior to booking | Provide valid identification and any required travel documentation
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
MANDATORY LIABILITY WAIVER | As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner must sign a Liability Waiver and Release Agreement releasing the Organizer from any and all claims related to:; Travel to and from the destination; Participation in any activities during the stay; Use of accommodations or facilities; Failure to sign the waiver within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY | By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its owners, affiliates, partners, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: Participation in the promotion; Acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize; Travel-related risks; Personal injury, illness, property damage, or death
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR THEFT | The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at any time during travel or the resort stay. All such risks are assumed solely by the participant and winner.
THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER | The Organizer is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of any third parties, including but not limited to resorts, airlines, transportation providers, or booking platforms.
NO WARRANTIES | The Prize is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Organizer does not guarantee the quality, safety, or experience of the resort stay.
FORCE MAJEURE | The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to fulfill the Prize due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, weather events, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.
TAXES & REPORTING | The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. The Organizer may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the Prize.
RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL | The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or legal compliance issues.
GENERAL CONDITIONS | By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.
